Abstract: Urbanization is very important for developing country like Bangladesh. For this reasion, after liberation emphasis has been given on urbanization from govt. level. For urban development of any city or town landuse survey and socio-economic condition of the place is must. We have selected Cox’s Bazar town from economic point of view and also for changing demographic characteristics of the city. The research work is mainly based on primary and secondary data.
